Sports Academy
Since 1995, the Park Hill Rangers have been the heartbeat of
ROZA. More than just a game, we use soccer as a powerful tool for
discipline, teamwork, and social integration for West African youth.
- ROZA Rangers (U-19): Elite competitive training & college scouting.
- ROZA Lions & Tigers: Developmental squads building fundamentals.
- ROZA Angels: Dedicated girls' team promoting confidence.
Education & Youth
With 85% of refugee children initially functioning below grade
level, our academic intervention is critical. We provide a safety net
that prevents school failure and opens doors to higher education.
- After-School Support: Daily homework assistance & tutoring.

Women's Empowerment
